UGC NET 2019 Application Form, NTA NET JRF Exam Notification Released
On behalf of UGC, the National Eligibility Test (NET) is organized for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & for Assistant Professor both in Indian universities and colleges.
Therefore national testing agency is going to conduct UGC NET December 2019 from 9th to 23rd December 2019. The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only depends on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of NET in aggregate.

NTA UGC NET 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC.
Aspirants who are pursuing their Master’s degree or equivalent course or aspirants who have participated for their qualifying Master’s Degree exam and whose result is still awaited or aspirants whose qualifying exams have been delayed may also apply for this post.
JRF: Not more than 30 years as on 01.12.2018. A relaxation upto 5 years is given to the aspirants belonging to OBC SC/ST/PwD categories and to women applicants. Relaxation will also be provided to the candidates having research experience, limited to the period spent on research in the relevant/ related subject of post-graduation degree, subject to a maximum of 5 years, on the production of a certificate from appropriate authority.
Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit for applying for the Assistant professor.

NTA NET Exam Pattern 2019 Latest NET Dec Syllabus:
The National Testing Agency will be organizing the National Eligibility Test 2018 from 9th to 23rd December 2018. The NET December Exam will be held for 100 Marks. The exam has two papers, i.e., Paper-I and Paper-II. In this exam, 50 objective type questions will be asked. The NET Paper-II will be 200 Marks, and total questions in Paper-II will be 100.
